Latvian Honey Layer Cake
On a recent trip to Latvia, I was surprised to find such an amazing array of delicate, intricate and absolutely delicious cakes and patisserie. Honey layer cake definitely appeared to be the most common and after sampling many many different varieties, I can vouch for its popularity. Lovely, delicate layers of moist honey cake.
